New custom-built server range offers up to 300GB RAM and full range of managed backup.
Easyspace, a web hosting and domain name provider, today announced that it has unveiled a range of dedicated servers with enhanced managed backup options to coincide with World Backup Day.
According to the company, its new Dedicated Server Range allows customers to custom build dedicated servers that best suit their requirements by selecting from a drop-down menu of high quality components. Processing, memory, hard drive and operating systems can be chosen to suit individual business needs. The enhanced options available include: Dual, Quad and HEX core processors; up to 300GB RAM; a full choice of HDD & RAID; Linux, Windows or VMware operating systems; and a full range of managed backup.
It articulates that prices for its dedicated servers start from GBP 49.99 per month for the Starter Range which is ideal for hosting, development and VPN services; from GBP 99.99 per month for the Business Range, which is suitable for media processing, development and hosting multiple websites; and from GBP 199.99 per month for the Professional Range of mission critical, scalable dedicated servers, each of which can take up to 8 drive bays, with fast SAS storage and a Hex Xeon range of processors.
The company claims that it is also one of the few hosting companies to offer a full backup and restore service to customers on their shared web hosting packages - it takes copies of your web site files and any associated databases and gives you access to them via an easy to use control panel. The backup panel allows you to recover or restore your web space and MySQL databases for a rolling 6 days and then weekly snapshots that are held for 2months!
